I got a game in with Ian on Monday but I don't know what his forum name is. I ended up winning after clearing out his gunboars from some charging heavy warjacks (yay cavalry charge and impact attacks!).
Is it okay if we show our painted models in person? I'll be in on Friday night probably.

For all of those interested on getting some Hobby points, I’ll be at HobbyTown Friday evening and Saturday although not sure yet about the time frame for that day, yet. If you can’t make it any of those days I’ll accept any pics posted before noon on Saturday 12th

It was a very tough game, with Drago going in to kill a light jack, only to have his head chopped off by another heavy jack. My juggernaught charged through and destroyed his entire nights of the flame unit, leaving only his strong willed commander that attempted to gain some ground. 1 lone great bear charged through the battle field only to attack his caster, but his caster lived. He took lost of damage, but held on with his need to be victorious, as the other 2 great bears tried to hold off the rest of the army, but watched as one of them fell.
Great game, Never noticed how a DEF 20 Vlad can be so efficient

Date: May 12th Place: Vassal Victor: aetios (Tom) Loser: sionnach19 (Brian) I got a lucky alpha strike early game and killed Nightmare, but that was about it... Tom outplayed me every step of the way, and was killing my infantry left and right. eDenny has a brutal spell list/feat against my squishy infantry! I kept trying to buff Vlad up and bully my way around the board, but Gorman smoked me on the key turn I needed to charge Denny. Eventually Vlad walked into combat with her, but left her just five boxes short... Tom retaliated with his army, but needed Denny to finish the job... she went to attack and I called my defensive strike, and with some hot dice sliced off her head! We called it a win in my favor, and went to go to bed. Until I realized that defensive strike wouldn't have worked, since he didn't advance into my melee zone (Denny was already there). With that in mind, I think a full focus Deneghra would have had a good shot at chewing through Vlad's last 13 boxes when he wasn't camping any focus. Besides, even if he couldn't hurt me if she hits with her spear she can move models around, so probably could have flung Vlad out of the killbox. Given that Tom outplayed me, and I got the rules wrong there for the endgame, I'm giving the win to him instead. Well played Tom! I'll get you next week... Hopefully Vlad isn't as distracted by catching up on game of thrones haha. I'd also like to note that I have yet to make a single tough roll so far during the league

Thanks for the great game Bri! That's the first time I've ever successfully used Hellmouth that much in one game! Next time I'll have to remember to not leave Nightmare out so far that he gets squished right off the bat. I still say we call it a draw since we never got to see the way it would have actually played out.
P.S. - You're dog killed more points worth of models than almost of your Kayazy and widomakers combined. I really hate that little bastard.... LOL!

That was ridiculous haha. Such a weird game... Vlad needs to step up his game Week 5 if he wants to make the roster!
