"Imperial troops have entered the base, imperial troops have entered the base..(bzzzt)"
I want one, but as the comic rod found said , "mistakes were made" My wife would murder me if she found a rebel transport hiding in the closet.

I have a gift card that is burning a hole in my wallet, I just hope Craig got the Transports this week,
also I'm very excited for the Tournament too, although we still need a mat, does anybody has one we can borrow for the event?

I might stop by but I'm not going to have time to play for 4 hours. It's so hard for me to get large chunks of gaming time in

I'm sorry guys I could not make it, I really tried but I'm my last full time semester of engineering and this is my last weekend before finals.
Hope you had a great day and I'm sure I'll make the trip up from nj something.

The day was won by Comrade Vince and his Rebel force. He gave a new meaning to "Red Squadron." If you check his ships closely I think you'll find "little green men" inside.
He played very well and had quite the formidable force.
Afterwards, George, Brandon, Rod and I tried a 300 pt epic game with 1 transport. Rod and Brandon brought an unholy horde of TIE Interceptors and some TIE Bombers to the table against George's Falcon, Hawk, and 2 X-wings, and my 3 B-wings and Medium Transport. I think nearly every ship on the table was involved in some sort of ramming shenanigans, resulting in the transport plowing through 2 TIEs at a time and jamming and slicing into several ships. I was hesitant to load the transport up, seeing as it has no weapons, but it is a really good support ship, and an even better battering ram. I can't wait to buy my own, as we were using Brandon's. Craig claimed he should have some in tomorrow.
Thanks to everyone for the fun day. I hope everyone had as much fun as I did.

I had a blast, congratulations to everyone. We need to get more Xwing epic games in. I'm bummed I couldn't win one for the alliance in the transport shennaigans, but I will drop some of my summer cash on new ships.
Hope to see people soon!

The Carboni men book ended the tournament. Vince coming in first and the other one coming in last. But as always it is about the fun which I had. I can't wait to see the transport in action.

It was a very fun event indeed and I have proof of that (pictures as Internet demands), for me, one of the highlights of the day was Randy’s and Geroge’s game, it was really fun to hear them making ship and explosions noises, and the other highlight of course, the first Epic game ever for all of us in the club. It was a blast (get it…?) As for my games all of them came to the last ship jousting to outmaneuver and get the kill, I wasn’t lucky against Vince and George but on my last game against Tom, I got four hits out of four dice, when his ship had only 1 hull point left and two green dice. Thanks to all to help making this a great Star Wars day and for those of you that couldn’t come this time, you will certainly be more than welcome for the next event, keep tuned in. Here is Kevin and his 3 Slave one shipsAnd here is Tom's face when he realize what he was playing against on his first gameRandy proudly showing his TIE swarmHere we have our Champion of the day, planning his first movesand here after receiving his medal, I'm sure will see that medal a lot in the next gaming nights, "good shot kid, don't get cocky"Last but not least, the very first Epic game we have in the club"Remember... The Force will be with you... Always"
