Please sign up here to participate in the Spring/Early-Summer Late-Summer/Early Fall fantasy League.
Summary of rules:
2500 points. Pick an Army Book. Make a list...make a different list whenever you want, but the army that is judged for Appearance must have been used at least three times! Lists must be provided to your opponent in writing (before the battle) and to me (before or after the battle, I don't care, I just need to keep track of how many times it's used...email or PM).
No 'complicated' proxies. A different weapon on a skeleton is fine, but don't use goblins to represent skeletons!
I don't care what Special Characters you use. If you use something broken, your opponent will throw dice at you. Knock yourself out.
No sportsmanship scoring...in all our events, we've almost all scored perfect sports. Waste of time. Skip it....but don't be a douche.
Scoring for each game:
Win: 10 points
Draw: 5 points
Loss: 1 points
Post, email, or PM results.
Your battle points will be 75% of total score, Appearance the other 25%.
We'll start Aug 23, so you've got more than a week to decide what you want to use and get signed up. We'll come up with a schedule that will allow each participant two weeks to get each game in: e.g if we have 8 participants, we'll go 16 weeks (or until done). No rush, no biggie. Fun, not work!
Sign up here, tell us what army you're using. Bring it!
Sign up. Play. Have fun.
Games played from the earlier attempt at a league in 7th edition will not count...we'll play over (the point is to play more, so why not? )
If you had already payed Rodrigo for the earlier league, you won't have to pay again.
<edit> Wanted to make sure folks understand that games do not have to be played at Hobbytown. Play games when, where, and how you want. If you need help arranging a game at an alternate venue (Lorenzo), talk to me at the store.
