I like that you have things in the list you really want, not just changing the list to make it optimum. I'm not sure how I feel about the Centurions in the Land Raider. It seems like you don't want to push them to far forward it might be nice for a first turn push to get them in a midfield position safely. I feel like I'd want to really use the Land Raider to get up in there and use its assault vehicle rules. I think at this point its time to get some games in and see what works for you and tweak it from there.

Maybe a big vanguard squad with a mess load of weapons? Dunno just not feeling space marines in close combat. I4 doesn't do it for me....

What if i cut the landraider and company. Anythought of what to do with the 400-500 points? I know my core is going to be around those 2 bike squads, 2 marine squads, 2 thunderfire, the unkillable chapter master and the 2 light flers
I'm at a loss here. Elite selections in the marine book just don't do anything for me, but neither to the troop choices. Could add some land speeders and maybe some dreds? shrug

Playing around some more with this list. Played on vassal with this incarnation and it went well. Was happy with how mostly everything preformed. I diffidently think two land raiders is the way to go, either 2 or none.
chapter master: 245 artificer armor, Eternal Shield, bike power fist

The two different land raider variants leads to one significant problem; if one gets knocked out, the other cant fulfill its role. The point of the "2 or none" rule would be so that if 1 gets destroyed, you still have another to do the same thing. Considering that the thunderfires put shots down range in a ridiculous fashion, you could substitute another godhammer for the crusader. My $0.02
