Player Participation

Because this week has seen the lowest player participation so far, with nearly a third of the group not submitting orders, I wanted to make a point of addressing the issue.
As it stands five players in the campaign have submitted orders for only two of the last four weeks, and two of those have participated only twice in the last five weeks. While I tried to design the campaign in a way that participation in a given week wasn't mandatory - although I would point out that the map was expanded to 150 territories to accomodate the fifteen people who signed up - I am going to request that people who need to drop out of sight for a while at least let me know so I can make everyone in the group aware. If we all know ahead of time, it may even be possible to make some kind of arrangement, as Duke G and Evan had done when they knew they were going to be away.
I would also point out that even if players know they wouldn't be available to resolve battles in a given week, it doesn't hurt to submit the orders anyway if they are able to, as people can always specify that they would need to withdraw from any battles that they end up engaged in.
I'm also posting the turn orders format so that people who have a hard copy of the campaign rules can just copy paste from this post into an e-mail or private message.

Going forward, I will only be accepting orders that include specific territory numbers. I'll still continue to give people the benefit of the doubt on typos or a number that was hard to read on the map and figure out what they meant or try moving them to an alternative space rather than sticking them with a hold action, but I won't resolve orders anymore that are just vague directions.
Lastly I can tell more than a couple people have not read through the campaign rules. As in a tournament situation, players are expected to have some familiarity with them.
