I'm considering starting Mordhiem given my love of Fantasy but the product line for Mordhiem has sadly all but disappeared from the GW site. I'm wondering if I can just use fantasy models for a Mordhiem warband and if there is a way to get the rulebook cheaply.
I'd also love to get in a test game sometime soon.

Yes, you can use fantasy models. Most of the warbands never had Mordheim specific models. I have an extra rulebook I could sell you, but you could just download the updated rules from GW's website. I have posted links to many warbands and expansion rules in the Mordheim thread. There should be several of us at the store for Mordheim on Saturday. Every fantasy army is represented in Mordheim, however, not all of them are worth playing. I would be happy to run you through the rules and a game.

Great choice Ben. Vince and I just started playing this past weekend. It is a lot of fun.

I'll have to try to make it in on Saturday then. Looked over the warbands and I'll defiantly go for a chaos warband, just not sure which one yet. Any suggestions? And I'll probably buy that rulebook off you Lord Ærynn down the road. Randy looking forward to a game with you.
