Hey guys, As you know I'm one of the big 40k enthusiasts and I was wondering just how many people would like to start or get back into the 40k hobby. I know I'd be around a lot more if we played 40k. Josh

Most of the 40k crowd has moved to Gamer's Gambit, I'm there fairly often when I'm not away at school.

I've heard about gamers Gambit and I've got a friend who goes there but its more fun in my opinion playing with a smaller group on weekends as opposed to like giant groups of people with like 10 tables or so. Also I am hoping to get more into flames of war and Ordo is where I'm thinking there's the most fun.

I actually unearthed a bunch of my 40K models yesterday and had a small urge to play again! We'll have to start from the beginning with the rules and stuff. What armies have you got, and how many points?

How about doing a short army building campaign up to the new year?

On an average day you're lucky to have two people there playing 40k. That's not to say you can't find people to play there, if you post on the gamers gambit forums you can usually find someone to play, and several of the 40k players I'm sure would be happy to make the trip up to hobbytown. Flames is cool, just not my game, but there's certainly more people at hobbytown to play flames with than 40k. As much as I'd love to be part of an army building campaign, given I'm not in town most of the time I can't take part.

I'm sure there's others around with those (Ben) if you wanted to borrow, but otherwise Ive got a lot...

I have a fairly large imperial guard collection And a large Ork collection
The guard is mostly painted the orcs are not. Would love to participate in a campaign if it gets started.

I'm all for building a thematic list of it fits your story too.
