It is a well balanced army, and has a lot of scoring units.

You dont need the digital weapons on the captain, the lightning claw already rerolls all missed wounds.
A side question is why have the powerfist in the devestator squad that you want to keep far away form the enemy instead of your forward advancing tactical squads which are more likely to get into combat. In fact since you dont need the digital weapons anymore if you drop the plasma pistol in that tactical squad you can afford to give one of the tactical squads a new powerfist and move the fist from the devastators to the other one.
I dont know about plamsa pistols in general, theyre short ranged and really expensive, but that could be a personal choice. I do however love how they look so thats all power to you Ive modeled some guys with them just because I like their look.
I do like the list a nice balance and like other people have said a good ammount of scoring units. I wonder if you could get some type of hommer beacons in the list instead of a plamsa gun somewhere so you can teleport he terminators in sometimes so they dont need to get shot as they walk across, but since theyre the shooty kind then thats not too big a deal just an option you could have up your sleeve.

thanks Sean, I really needed some feedback on my list The digital Weapons thingy is actually a mistake that has given me at least 2 wounds in each battle I have played (sorry Bob), my understanding was that it allows re-roll to hit, but you're right this is a totally redundant setting. thanks for those 10 points! (Bob... sorry again) I was thinking that the Devastators might get into trouble and that the Power Fist might be useful, but I like the idea to have two of my Tac Sergeants with PFs where I'm goint to used them for sure Abut the Plasma weapons in general, it is kind of my thing, I like them because they're fun to play with, it is just like the misfire or miscast or Orc animosity in Fantasy they're just to fun to push them aside Thanks guys for your comments, please keep them comming

I've no suggestions on how to scrape up the points, but I strongly recommend a drop-pod for Aggredior.
A Walker is pretty fearsome, even more-so when he shows up right behind one of my tanks, blows it up with multi-melta, and rampages through my support!

Rod just like plasma because of its destructive power. The only problem is it kills his own men.

I have a question about the scouts. Do you like them? Have special fun reasons for including them?
My thought is you already have an abundence of troops to score with since you can combat squad all those tactical squads for in theory 8 scoring groups. If theyre just there for fire support with the heavy bolter. A predator is 85 points for the auto cannon with 2 heavy bolter sponsons so that might be a thought to switch on at some point.
Plus another vehicle (and a feared one at that) draws anti tank fire away form the dred, the rhino, and the razorback. The razorback being the weakest link out of those three. Its not actually weak its just that it has a high power gun on a pretty weak chasis which will make it a priority enemy target. with the Pred you increase your armor count so an enemy cant just focus all his anti tank in one or two areas he has to spread them out.

The scouts provide a cheap alternative to smaller games, at least that's what I saw with Mikey on Monday. Sean has a point though, they're okay but you could probably find better places for the points. It's a SIN not to give a dreadnought a drop pod. It's the greatest investment you'll make in this list, I assure you. That's the immortal wisom of the Black Templar Venerable Dreadnought Francis, who's killed a bunch of Defilers and curb stomped an Avatar. Heed his words If you throw the Locator Beacon on the drop pod you can have the Terminators land nearby to provide more fire support. I agree on plasma weapons, I love 'em. I think they're a bunch of fun, though statistically the plasma pistols aren't that great in squads. Definitely try to get the powerfists in, remember the Apocalypse where all of John's Chaos Khorne Berserkers got tied up fighting the Avatar or the Dreadnought (I can't remember exactly what happened)? You don't want that to happen to your tactical squads. The powerfist lets them deal with walkers, vehicles, and Monstrous Creatures with ease.

Well the Scouts were not exactly an option, I started building up my army with the Battle Force and they were already included, however I like the Infiltrate and Move through cover rules for those guys, their HvyB can shoot hellfire shells and the sniper rifles sound cool too, so to answer your question... yes I'm not sure how to used them right yet, but I'll figure out. Also you're right Sean I have way to many Troops choices, but I'm planning for the next Apoc game too, I want a big force of "smurfs" on the table so my wish list includes so far: 1 - Librarian 2 - Drop Pod 3 - Predator and... ta'da.. 4 - Land Rider!! Unfortunately there is just so much money

Yeah I just picked up a drop pod so no more freestying it with a Gatorade bottle or borrowing brian's. Gotta agree with Brian its a mess of a model to put together, esspecially if you want to keep it all paintable. I almost want to make any future ones I add to my army closed boxes so I dont have to assemble the insides.
I have a librarian in power armor and one in terminator armor too... But Ive never gotten around to painting them and never used them in my lists either.
And I hope to be free from work whenever this Apoc game goes down. Ive never played with it before, so Id have to check out the special rules and such. But I agree Im excited to put out a whole mess of marines on the table.

I had a lot of fun in the las Apoc battle we had and I was only on 1000 points, so I'm aiming for 2500 at least.
by the way, this past weekend I was doing the changes to the Seargents for Tacticals Laus and Creptio, I think they are looking powerful with the Power fists, they are already my two favorite characters on the company

Do we know what the "Theme" of this next apoc. battle will be? Good vs. bad again or what?
