Rats Shoot up the DE

Most of my killing Came from my Shooting attacks...
Turn 1- I used Skitterleap to bounce my brass orb engineer onto his hydra, and it actually hit, forcing an (I) test on his I2, My cannon missfired and chose to spin around like a chump... My Doomwheel killed some Cold One Knights, then my ratling gun shot the rest of the unit away. My Bell went BONG and nothing happened. Other than skitterleap, my magic did not do much.
Tom's turn one killed a few guys and moved some more into better positions. He shot the crap outo my Slaves... but due to the shear mass of rats, it did very little to effect them.
Turn 2- Charged Ogres into Spearmen, who fled. And the Hellpit into his Master. Turned the slaves to see the Xbowman. Shooting is where all the pain was brought to the game. Poison Mortar hit his Black Guard Killing 5. I shot my cannon into the retreating Spearman killing 8, I then took a shot with my DoomRocket at the same spearman, rolled GREAT and killed 19 more.... Um the magic was pathetic (1, 2)... Scorch Failed to go off... The bell again did little, but became a 24" BSB for a turn, ummmm woo hoo, saved the hell pit). The Hellpit and Master slapped each other around a bit... stupid Reverse Ward..... OOO the Doomwheel shot up some rats.
Tom Charged the Blackguard, Guy on pegasus, and an apparent assassin into my Bell Unit. Then Fast cav horses into my Cannon. Rallyed his Spearmen, and inched back his Xbowman. 2nd Hydra made it onto the board edge, with his Shades and Harpies (reserves in game rules). He shot some more slaves dead, slapped around my Bell unit, shot my Brass orb Eng, and had another uneventful combat with my Hell pit. The cannon was now locked in combat and down 2 wound.
Turn 3- Our final turn
My slaves charged the Xbowman (took some pain from Stand and Shoot), Spear rats flanked the Black Guard. Doom wheel rolled up a bit and missfired, taking out a track and a few more wounds. The rats ogres wandered around the middle of the table... nothing in range for them My Poison wind shot at the Hydra... ta da!!! no wounds. The bell tolled and gave everything withing 12 inches +1 attack... WOO HOO. The grey seer cast Wither on the black guard ( now T2). The slaves made the Xbowman Flee, then over ran them. The bell unit and spear rats killed off the black guard. and the Hell Pit and Master again slapped each other around.
Tom's turn we were out of time. So we did a fast combat here and there and not much happened.
We then took a quick Survey pf the battle feild and I came out victorious.
