I think this is a good start to a cavalry army. My thoughts for changes?
I would absolutely find a place for a battle standard bearer. In fact you have to have one in a Bret army if I'm not mistaken... checking army book... yup, you need at least one Paladin who is a BSB. Wait... checking FAQ... well, FAQ does say to ignore page 64 and 65 so I suppose you don't have to. However I would absolutely always use one. The leadership re-rolls are key. Especially with an at best Ld 9 General.
I also would always take full command, Champ, Musician and Standard. The first one I would drop would be the champion. As a cavalry army you will generally be lower on the combat res side of things and the standard and musician will help. Wait, this is Bretonnia, you always have champs, for free don't you? Still, banners are probably the way to go. They do give up extra VP's, but never loosing the unit to begin with give up even less (disclaimer: at no point do I guarantee that a standard will prevent a unit from being destroyed or broken). Every little bit helps.
Replacing one unit of Knights of the Realm with Knights Errant might be a good idea. They are a little cheaper. They have 1 less weapon skill but are fearless on the charge, so you don't have to worry about fear tests. They also might help you with some different modeling opportunities. Its also kinda cool thematically, you got the super knights (Grail), the tried and tested knights (Realm) and the noobs trying to prove themselves to the vets (Errant).
For the Lord I would drop the Virtue of ideal, it hurts Ld and means he also isn't your general and give him the Virtue of Heroism. Heroic killing blow is awesome and very expensive in 8th edition. You can get it with this book cheap.
The upgrade for the yeoman on the treb is probably not worth it. Unless I'm missing something the BS increase of the yeoman is only helpful with indirect fire, and in those cases only 1 in 6 chance anyway.
The Green Knight rocks. The Grail Knights rock. The Peg Knights rock. A very solid start to a Bret army, and half of my previous rambling is opinion.

wow, that’s a lot of horses! ;D and I’m sure it would look awesome on the table, but I would consider to include a Level 4 wizard, with only two Lvl2 your magic phase would be easily nullified and on your opponent’s turn you need additional muscle to dispel what is thrown on your way

I only think you don't need one unit of 10 peg knights

Ok so I think that I will give the lord the Virtue of Heroism, I also might drop the 2 damsels of the lady and some of the peg knights to try to get the fay enchantress who is a level 4 or 5 wizard cant remember but i might keep all the peg knights and drop the 2 damsels of the lady and fill out my HQ with a couple of people and a better wizard.

why not drop 4 peg knights and a damsel and get a BSB and a level 4 wizard?

Agree with what others say. Very solid start. Add BSB. Full Command in every unit. One or two of the KoR might be better as Errants. Drop the two lvl2 for a lvl 4...or a lvl4 and a lvl2, but at minimum a lvl4 if you want to do anything constructive in the magic phases (my opinion, anyway...ymmv)
Can trim a few Peg Knights to make up the needed points...10 is too many. I don't think they benefit from the Lance rule, and I believe they are Skirmishers, so ranking up is wasted, and you won't get that many in btb since they're so big (40mm, right?)
