Shane Brought his Easy Company Boys, and I brought my Winter Germans, a Confident Vet-Volks Grenadier Company, The scenario had many restrictions. Infantry and Man-packed gun teams only. Fog Rules to start the game. Mud off the roads. I attacked the town of Hosingen in Hold the Line. our Pics I advanced through the town and Shane didn't have clean shots on me at first. I was able to dig in on the right side of the street and bring down artillery. At one point we had an amazing moment. Shane double timed a platoon right in front of two MG42...I rolled 24 dice, and hit him 13 times. Shane passed.... Every Save! In the Final turn, I realized I needed to be bold and charged all my platoons across the street, assaulting the pinned down paras. But I lost 2 platoons in the bloodbath. 4-3 to the Germans

Thanks for an awesome game, Tom, that was so much fun! The result really did leave me wanting to try the mission over from the opposing side of the table - definitely the sign of a well put together scenario.
