Working on the terrain for the tourney next week (check out the current status at drcarnivean.blogspot.com/2010/01/bloody-valentine-7-days-and-counting.html ) I've got 8 orc huts and a pair of orc towers that need painting, along with jungle trees and gallows, and I'm hoping to get a few volenteers this Monday to help me out with it. I was going to come on Friday night but I ended up having so many half completed projects and materials all spread out that it would have taken a lot of time packing everything up just to have to unpack it and then pack it all up again, that I decided to just continue working on them where I was.

Dr. C. While I will not be able to attend Monday night - I wanted to let you know I left another set of the old Jungle trees on the shelf in the back room at Hobbytown for you.

Jason, I have a couple of small piles of skull if you think you could find somewhere for them. I know how much trouble you have fitting skulls into your themes.... I also have those road pieces I was telling you about. I'll bring it all tomorrow, if you think it'll fit with anything it's yours, if not I'm sure I'll find a future use for it.

Skull piles would definitely fit into the Skull Wasteland table! The roads I may be able to work into one of the tables as well - I'll have to take a look at them again. Thanks!

Jason, I have quite a biut of cobblestone rolls that would work as roadway as well. I will try to stop by during the day and leave some of it for you. (Lemax cobblestone from their christmas village set - may have some brickwork as well - let me look around.)

Dr. C. There is a small white plastic bag in the back room at the store with the tree sprues, cobblestone, "fishtank" columns and a couple of small thatched huts in it for your use. hope they are useful.

Those pictured were collaborative creations; all were built by myself and I painted the unfortunate souls swinging from the gallows, but the huts were base coated by Rod and others at Hobbytown last Monday and given awesome highlights and details by Rod last night, and the gallows themselves were painted by Mrs. C. Not pictured were the orc towers that were based by myself and Rod and finished by Arlin, and the jungle trees that we were all working on. Thanks again to Rod and Arlin for a fun time!

Great job with all the scenery guys! And since this is stickied to the top of every subforum, I figured it'd be a good place to wish everyone good luck at the tournament tomorrow! Hope you all have a great time, and that the dice gods favor you!
