Well I spent a couple hours tonight using the watercolors on the map and I'm really pleased with how it's looking so far. Here's how it looks right now: Here's a close-up of the Shadygrove and Skullcrusher Pass area: And here's a close up of Pont-a-Condemne, Hellfurnace, and the Lake of Tears:

Did some more work tonight - started putting trees in around Shadygrove. Here's how it looks right now.

I believe Tolkien is the best compliment you can give among gamers - much appreciated If you'll look just northeast of center, Rod, you'll see the Rotting Gums Orc Camp has been added. I tried to blow up that section of the pic but it came out too blurry. Also watercolored Castle Phagius, Blood Swamp, the Gallows Crossroads and Barrow Hills last night. Now all I need to do are the Rotfeast Monolith and Blackbark Ridge, and the rest of the wooded areas. Then I'm going to add a little shading to the mountains, trees, and rivers, and then do the territory borders. Hopefully I'll be done over the weekend.

Here are the banner icons that will be used on the online map to represent the positions of people's armies. The scrolls at the bottoms are where the name of the banner/army will go.
